T-EDI Standards Impact Report Just Published
Project F has published the inaugural T-EDI Standards Impact Report, introducing Australia’s first common benchmark of gender equity in technology workplaces and highlighting the opportunity to strengthen the future technology workforce by retaining more experienced women in technical careers.
The inaugural T-EDI Standards Impact Report shares the first sector-wide insights from organisations participating in Australia’s common benchmark for gender equity in technology workplaces. It explores where organisations are making meaningful progress, highlights the structural practices that are becoming standard across the sector, and identifies the greatest opportunities to strengthen the attraction, retention and advancement of women in technical careers. Together, the findings provide an evidence-based picture of where the sector stands today and a practical roadmap for where it can go next.
