You may have a great office, you may all be remote, or perhaps a mix, or your office may be a boy-zone of Nerf guns, PlayStations and arcade games. Consider the future of tech in a gender-balanced world where the stereotypical “brogrammer” has left the building.

 

Performance reviews are often wide open spaces for bias, a known barrier for women who want to advance their careers. Use this guide to help guide you to remove bias in how you measure people’s performance in tech teams and leadership.
