About F Factor events
The F Factor runs 4 events a year on average. We bring our members together with delicious food, drinks and music as a backdrop to an uplifting evening of inspiration and connection. During the pandemic of course we are running virtual events, but we still manage fun connection sessions alongside our engaging talks.
Our guests are accomplished leaders, women who have carved out impactful careers and come to help fuel our members’ journeys and reinforce why being a woman in tech is an amazing opportunity to shape and influence our world and seed future generations of ambitious women leading the charge.
As well as hearing from our very special guests, we enjoy an uplifting evening of connecting with other women working in technology careers, from newbies to C-level, software engineering to product management — find your tribe or even form a cabal!
